Thank you for shopping with Cratoz Print & Embroidery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
